Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping


Free Shipping in the US: 
We offer **FREE shipping on orders over $75** within the United States. To qualify, the merchandise total in your cart must exceed $75 after any discounts have been applied.

Order Processing & Shipping Time:
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing after your order has been confirmed, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day shipping is not available, and we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipments. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it is expected to ship out by the following Thursday or Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for this shipping confirmation email to arrive.

Delivery & Address Accuracy:
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if there are unverified details in your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your shipping and billing information during checkout to avoid any potential delays.

Package Delivery:
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, if the delivery courier deems it unsafe to leave the package in the open, they may hold it at a local post office or reschedule the delivery. We strongly advise providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package (such as a work address or a friend's address).

Tracking & Delivery Issues:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking details to update. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

International Shipping


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: 
International shipping rates are based on package weight, shipping address, and the chosen shipping method. Order processing may take **1-3 business days**, and delivery times vary between **2-20 business days**, depending on the shipping method. Expedited 2-day shipping is available to select countries. During checkout, your shipping options will be displayed based on your location.

Customs & Import Fees:
Please note that customs and import fees may apply to international orders, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are beyond our control and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot adjust invoice values or mark packages as gifts.

Package Delivery & Address Accuracy:
As with domestic orders, providing an accurate and complete shipping address is crucial. Any discrepancies may result in an additional **1-2 business days** delay in processing. Some international packages may require a signature upon delivery. If the courier deems it unsafe to leave the package in the open, they may hold it at a local post office or reschedule delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Customs Delays & Duties: 
Once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

No International Returns:
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We work to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a limited window to cancel or change your order or shipping address. If you need to change your address, please contact us at **vt.glamour@gmail.com** immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them.

If it’s too late to make changes, and your package is returned to us, we can ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund. After the carrier marks the package as delivered, if you do not receive it, please contact the mail carrier’s customer service directly.
